Over the course of 4 days of training, you’ll gain the knowledge, skills, and resources to grow your business. The training is suitable for both those just planning their own business and microbusiness owners (up to 3 years in operation) who want to scale it up.
Participants will cover the following topics:
🔹 Generating business ideas and the Lean approach.
🔹 Target audience research and market analysis.
🔹 Creating a minimum viable product (MVP).
🔹 Financial business modeling.
🔹 Sales and marketing strategy development.
🔹 Legal and tax aspects of entrepreneurship.
🔹 Building partnerships and working with stakeholders.
🔹 Creating a business development plan.
🔹 Preparing grant applications and seeking funding.
We invite women living in the Vinnytsia region or in Vinnytsia who are seeking financial independence, specifically:
🔸 internally displaced women and women from host communities
🔸 wives, mothers, or daughters of military personnel or veterans
🔸 wives, mothers, or daughters of those killed in action or missing in action
🔸 low-income women with children
🔸 mothers of children with disabilities, mothers of large families, and single mothers
🔸 women who simultaneously care for their own children and elderly relatives
🔸 members of other socially vulnerable groups.
Based on the evaluation of the business plans developed during the training, participants will receive microgrants.
