	KRISTINA SOLOVEІ Deputy Director of the Agency Coordination of cooperation with governmental and non-governmental organizations, development of socio-economic projects, and communication with local authorities. Responsible for implementing educational and advisory programs and development projects. Extensive experience in project management, event organization, and civil society development.
	IRYNA VAKOLIUK Accountant of the Agency Handles accounting and HR administration for the Agency, as well as financial management of grant projects. Over 20 years of experience in organizational accounting and more than 5 years in providing accounting support for grant project implementation (international technical assistance, government support, and private sector funding).
	VIKTORIIA ZAKHARCHUK Project Manager Development and implementation of grant projects, implementation of educational programs, organization of events. Over 8 years of grantwriting and project management experience. Experience in coaching activities in fundraising and project management, strategic communications, development of leadership skills for various target audiences (representatives of local government, NGOs, municipal enterprises, educational institutions, entrepreneurs, youth). 7-year experience in the implementation of the curriculum in non-formal education.
	ALINA YANCHUK Communications manager Communications Manager with experience in SMM, developing and implementing effective communication strategies. Possesses a deep understanding of the needs of various target audiences. Proven track record in content creation, social media management, PR, and event planning.
	SVITLANA KIIENKO MSME development manager Responsible for communication with local and regional businesses, searching for new business ideas and promising projects, providing information and consultations to entrepreneurs regarding business development opportunities. Over 15 years of experience in banking in managerial positions, as well as in international companies in the manufacturing sector and in the representation of foreign companies in Ukraine.
	OLEKSANDR NEPRYTSKYI Strategic planning manager Development, updating, and implementation of the Agency's strategic documents. Providing support to local governments in developing development strategies. Extensive experience in strategic planning, research, and communications, including the development of strategic documents for local communities. Specializes in supporting local governments in developing development strategies.
	YULIA BOBOSHKO WASAW manager Coordination of the Agency's activities in the development of water supply, wastewater disposal, and waste management, organization of working group meetings on water supply, wastewater disposal, and waste management. Many years of experience working in regional government bodies in the field of nature conservation. Experience in preparing development strategies and plans for their implementation, coordinating working group meetings, research, and cooperation with local authorities.
