OBJECTIVE: to contribute to the economic development of the local authorities of the countries of the Eastern Partnership: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, namely, the sustainable local economic development, providing support to the cities, united communities, towns and villages at the local level aimed to promote actively the economic growth and create jobs through the development of their potential and professional skills, as well as establishing partnerships with the private sector and civil society.

OBJECTIVE: to increase the level of awareness of consumers and service providers on waste management issues, as well as to create an information field while implementing the regional plan in Vinnytsia region, building trust and support for the plan among target audience.
