The development of business is the basis not only for the economy of the country, but also of each region. Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (hereinafter referred to as MSMEs) ensure the flexibility and stability of the economic system, bring it closer to the needs of specific consumers, perform an important social role providing jobs and sources of income for significant proportion of the population.

The Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency works on business development in the region through providing informational and educational services, consulting and attracting resources.

Throughout 2017-2021, the Agency held 185 events for almost 2,000 business representatives to develop the business environment of the region. The information and communication events, such as "Morning Coffee in the Circle of Entrepreneurs", "Fair of Developments and Innovations", "Fair of Loans and Leasing" were the formats of the actions with business, as well as the implementation of grant projects and educational initiatives.
