On July 1, the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Vinnytsia, the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency, and the M. I. Pirogov Vinnytsia Regional Clinical Hospital signed a trilateral grant agreement to implement a new project aimed at developing rehabilitation infrastructure for veterans.
🇵🇱 As part of the “Polish Aid” program, a modern physical rehabilitation facility will be established at the Clinical Center for Medical Rehabilitation and Physical Therapy. The project involves the purchase of specialized equipment that will help improve the quality of rehabilitation services and expand opportunities for veterans to recover from injuries and complex surgeries.
“It is worth noting that this is not the first example of successful cooperation between partners in supporting our defenders. Previously, the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency, in collaboration with the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Vinnytsia, implemented the project ‘Modernization of the Infrastructure of the “Podillia” Rehabilitation Center in Vinnytsia for the Reintegration of Veterans and Other People with Disabilities,’ under which the dining hall was completely renovated and professional kitchen equipment was installed. “The new initiative at the Pirogov Hospital will be a logical continuation of this comprehensive effort aimed at creating a barrier-free and dignified environment in the region,” said Yelyzaveta Savchuk, director of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency.
🇺🇦🇵🇱 We thank the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Vinnytsia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland for supporting important initiatives that help develop a modern rehabilitation system and create more opportunities for our veterans’ recovery.
