As part of the project “Vinnytsia Region Digital Competence Office: Development of Community Digital Programs,” implemented by the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency under the “E-Governance for Government Accountability and Community Participation” (EGAP) Program, the selection of local communities to participate in the development of local informatization and digital transformation programs has been completed.
A total of 16 territorial communities in Vinnytsia Oblast applied to participate in the competition, which demonstrates a high level of interest in the development of digitalization at the local level.
Based on the results of the application evaluation, four communities were selected:
-Bershad City Territorial Community
-Kryzhopil Town Council
- Kalynivka City Council
- Murafa Territorial Community
As part of the project, the communities will receive:
- an assessment of the community’s digital readiness;
- a SWOT analysis of digital development;
- the organization of working meetings involving representatives of local self-government bodies;
- expert guidance in developing digitalization programs;
- support in identifying digital development priorities;
- analysis of digital tool usage and development of recommendations for their implementation.
