Менеджерка з розвитку ММСП Агенція регіонального розвитку Вінницької області Svetlana Kienko взяла участь у форумі «Ради з питань внутрішньо переміщених осіб: алгоритм дій та ресурси підтримки», який відбувся під головуванням заступниці начальниці Вінницька обласна державна адміністрація Ірини Коцюбівської.
Під час заходу учасники обговорили актуальні виклики, пов'язані з інтеграцією внутрішньо переміщених осіб у громади, зміни до роботи Рад з питань ВПО, реалізацію державних програм підтримки, житлові ініціативи та можливості співпраці між органами влади, громадами й міжнародними партнерами.
Для Агенції підтримка внутрішньо переміщених осіб є одним із напрямів роботи. Ми реалізуємо навчальні програми з розвитку підприємницьких навичок, допомагаємо учасникам отримувати нові знання для започаткування або розвитку власної справи, а також залучаємо їх до участі в Конкурсі бізнес-планів для підприємців Вінниччини. Такі ініціативи сприяють економічній інтеграції ВПО, створенню нових можливостей для самозайнятості та розвитку місцевого бізнес-середовища.
Обмін практичним досвідом і координація спільних дій є важливою основою для розвитку ефективних механізмів підтримки внутрішньо переміщених осіб у громадах області.

Eng.: New Approaches to Supporting and Integrating Internally Displaced Persons Discussed in Vinnytsia Region
Svitlana Kiienko, MSME Development Manager at the Vinnytsia Region Development Agency, took part in the forum "Councils for Internally Displaced Persons: Algorithm of Actions and Support Resources," which was held under the chairmanship of Iryna Kotsubiivska, Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
During the event, participants discussed current challenges related to the integration of internally displaced persons into communities, changes in the operation of IDP Councils, the implementation of state support programs, housing initiatives, and opportunities for cooperation between authorities, communities, and international partners.
For the Agency, supporting internally displaced persons is one of its areas of work. We implement training programs on the development of entrepreneurial skills, help participants acquire new knowledge to start or develop their own businesses, and involve them in participating in the Business Plan Competition for entrepreneurs of Vinnytsia region. Such initiatives contribute to the economic integration of IDPs, the creation of new opportunities for self-employment, and the development of the local business environment.
The exchange of practical experience and coordination of joint actions is an important foundation for developing effective mechanisms to support internally displaced persons in the communities of the region.
