Під час зустрічі учасники дізналися більше про бюджетний процес та економічний потенціал області, особливості роботи місцевого самоврядування, а також сучасні інструменти електронної демократії.

Христина Соловей, заступниця директорки Агенція регіонального розвитку Вінницької області, розповіла про те, як функціонує система місцевого самоврядування та як ухвалюються рішення.

Kira Diachuk, експертка Офісу цифрових компетенцій Вінниччини, ознайомила учасників з інструментами електронної демократії та можливостями долучення до життя громади.

Такі навчання - це можливість для молоді краще розуміти, як працює регіон і громади, та знаходити власні інструменти для участі в їхньому розвитку.

On August 21, the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration hosted a training session for representatives of the Vinnytsia Regional Youth Congress.

During the meeting, participants learned more about the budget process and the region’s economic potential, the specifics of local self-government, and modern tools of e-democracy.

Khrystyna Solovei, Deputy Director of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency, explained how the local self-government system functions and how decisions are made.

Kira Diachuk, an expert at the Vinnytsia Digital Competencies Office, introduced participants to e-democracy tools and opportunities for getting involved in community life.

Training sessions like these give young people the opportunity to better understand how the region and local communities work and to find their own ways to participate in their development.
