IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD 2020-2021

OBJECTIVE: development and improvement of skills of young people which are necessary for successful employment and building your own career.

MAIN RESULTS:

3 educational programs were completed.

In 2020 - 2 programs, 83 young people and teachers of vocational and technical educational institutions of Vinnytsia region participated. The result of the training programs was the preparation of 42 CVs and self-presentations and invitations of 2 participants to pass interviews.

In 2021 - 1 training program, more than 50 students from vocational and technical schools, colleges and higher education institutions of Vinnytsia region were the participants. Based on the results of the program, the participants developed 35 CVs and had a public interview in an online format.

The experts from leading Ukrainian companies were involved in the implementation of the program: Lifecell, UKRSIBBANK JSC, Promavtomatyka Vinnytsia LLC, Reikartz Hotel Group, Raiffeisen Bank Aval.

The training programs were implemented as part of the all-Ukrainian initiative "Pact for the sake of youth 2020 and 2025" implemented by the Center "Development of Corporate Social Responsibility" and the United Nations Population Fund with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
