формувати сучасну кар’єрну культуру серед молоді; розвивати співпрацю між освітою, бізнесом і молодіжними ініціативами; створювати простір для практичного досвіду, стажувань і волонтерства; підтримувати лідерів та кар’єрних амбасадорів регіону.Today, the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency signed memoranda of cooperation with the Vinnytsia Regional Youth Center “Kvadrat” and the Vinnytsia Region Student Council, as well as a joint Action Plan — a document that defines specific steps to support young people, develop their potential, and create career opportunities in the region.
The goal of the partnership is to help young people in Vinnytsia region find their place in the region's economy: from their first steps in their profession to the implementation of their own entrepreneurial ideas.
Together, we will work to:
✅ shape a modern career culture among young people;
✅ develop cooperation between education, business, and youth initiatives;
✅ create space for practical experience, internships, and volunteering;
✅ support leaders and career ambassadors in the region.
The Agency, Kvadrat, and SRV are joining forces so that young people don't have to look for opportunities elsewhere — they can create them here, in their own community.
