Учасники вдосконалювали цифрові профілі, створювали контент, вчилися будувати особистий бренд та освоювали практичні можливості ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, LinkedIn й інших платформ для професійного розвитку.

 

14 листопада - Career Lab

Молодь вивчала, як створювати ефективне резюме та супровідні листи, проходити співбесіди, керувати стресом і вибудовувати професійний імідж. Практичні вправи, рольові інтерв’ю та персональні рекомендації дозволили кожному сформувати власний кар’єрний інструментарій.

 

З молоддю працювали тренери:

• Anna Osmolovska - PhD з політології, голова ГО «Освітній простір можливостей», бізнес-тренер.

• Олександр Трегубов - к.е.н., доцент, завідувач кафедри підприємництва, корпоративної та просторової економіки ДонНУ ім.В.Стуса, бізнес-тренер.

• Ольга Дороніна - доктор економічних наук, професор, завідувач кафедри менеджменту та поведінкової економіки ДонНУ ім.В.Стуса, фахівець з HR та командотворення, сертифікований бізнес-тренер.

 

Попереду - офлайн-сесії для другої групи, які відбудуться 20-21 листопада, та завершальна робота над індивідуальними кар’єрними траєкторіями.

 

Програму організовано за підтримки Проєкт UCORD, що впроваджується за підтримки Швейцарії через Швейцарську агенцію розвитку та співробітництва, компанією NIRAS Sweden AB.

“Your career starts here!”: offline training for the first group of participants

On November 13 and 14, the first group of young people took part in offline sessions of the training program “Your career starts here!”, organized by the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency. Over two days, participants worked on developing the skills necessary for a confident start to their professional careers.

 

November 13 - AI & Social Media for Career

Participants improved their digital profiles, created content, learned how to build a personal brand, and explored the practical possibilities of ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, LinkedIn, and other platforms for professional development.

 

November 14 - Career Lab

Young people learned how to create effective resumes and cover letters, pass interviews, manage stress, and build a professional image. Practical exercises, role-playing interviews, and personal recommendations allowed everyone to develop their own career tools.

 

The following trainers worked with the young people:

• Anna Osmolovska - PhD in Political Science, Head of the NGO “Educational Space of Opportunities,” business coach.

• Oleksandr Tregubov - PhD in Economics, Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship, Corporate and Spatial Economics at V. Stus Donetsk National University, business coach.

• Olga Doronina - Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Management and Behavioral Economics at V. Stus Donetsk National University, HR and team building specialist, certified business coach.

Ahead are offline sessions for the second group, which will take place on November 20-21, and final work on individual career trajectories.
