On November 14, Deputy Director Khristina Solovei and WASAW Manager Yulia Boboshko held a blitz session for representatives of communities in the Vinnytsia region on “Features of procurement of services for the development of local waste management plans.”
The training was aimed at community specialists responsible for preparing technical tasks and organizing procurement. Participants received clear recommendations on formulating requirements for contractors, taking into account legislative norms and key elements that must be included in a high-quality MPUV.
The event helped communities better understand approaches to planning and procurement in the field of waste management, which is an important condition for the implementation of modern environmental solutions.
The blitz session was organized with the support of the UCORD Project, implemented by Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, and NIRAS Sweden AB.
