Молодь досліджувала можливості сучасних цифрових інструментів і платформ, вчилася формувати власний бренд, оптимізувати профілі в соцмережах та використовувати штучний інтелект для професійного зростання. Практичні вправи допомогли одразу застосувати знання на реальних прикладах.

 

21 листопада - Практичні інструменти кар’єрного розвитку

Учасники відпрацьовували навички самопрезентації, проходження співбесід, визначення власних сильних сторін і формування ефективної стратегії розвитку. Завдяки практичним завданням і зворотному зв’язку кожен зміг сформувати свої перші кроки до особистої кар’єрної траєкторії.

Eng.: “Your career starts here!”: The second group has completed offline training!

On November 20-21, the second group of young people completed training in the “Your career starts here!” program organized by the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency. Over two days, participants worked on developing the skills necessary for a confident and informed start to their professional lives.

November 20 - Digital Career Tools & Personal Branding

The young people explored the possibilities of modern digital tools and platforms, learned how to build their own brand, optimize their social media profiles, and use artificial intelligence for professional growth. Practical exercises helped them immediately apply their knowledge to real-life examples.

November 21 - Practical Career Development Tools

Participants practiced self-presentation skills, interviewing, identifying their strengths, and forming an effective development strategy. Thanks to practical tasks and feedback, everyone was able to take their first steps toward their personal career path.
