Метою зустрічі стало підсилення стратегічних компетенцій та опрацювання інструментів, необхідних для якісного планування розвитку громади.

 

Під час навчання учасники:

• розібрали методологію SWOT-аналізу;

• працювали з матрицею SWOT;

• виконали практичні вправи;

• ознайомилися з проведенням ієрархічного SWOT-аналізу;

• відпрацювали модель побудови стратегії на основі SWOT-підходу.

 

Заняття провів Олександр Неприцький, менеджер із стратегічного планування Агенції регіонального розвитку.

Eng.: The Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency held an online training session on SWOT analysis for heads of structural units of the Raigorodska community.

The initiator and organizer of the event was Larysa Vilchynska, first deputy head of the village.

 

The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen strategic competencies and develop the tools necessary for high-quality community development planning.

 

During the training, participants:

• analyzed the SWOT analysis methodology;

• worked with the SWOT matrix;

• performed practical exercises;

• familiarized themselves with conducting hierarchical SWOT analysis;

• worked on a model for building a strategy based on the SWOT approach.

 

The training was conducted by Oleksandr Neprytskyi, strategic planning manager at the Regional Development Agency.
