Що робили на першому семінарі?

 

Учасники працювали над:

аналізом українських та європейських кейсів співпраці громад;

вивченням можливостей розвитку територій через інструменти локального економічного зростання;

практичними підходами до побудови стійких партнерських зв’язків;

обговоренням потенційних моделей взаємодії влади, бізнесу та громадського сектору.

 

Вже завтра - другий модуль!

Навчальна програма триватиме до 23 грудня і включає сім тематичних семінарів: від розвитку партнерств і комунікацій до інвестиційних інструментів та управління ресурсами.

 

Працюємо для того, щоб громади Вінниччини ставали сильнішими, стійкішими та більш конкурентоспроможними.

 

Навчальна програма впроваджується в межах інституційної підтримки Агенції регіонального розвитку Вінницької області Швейцарсько-українським проєктом «Згуртованість та регіональний розвиток України» UCORD, що реалізується за підтримки Швейцарії через Швейцарську агенцію з розвитку та співробітництва компанією NIRAS Sweden AB.



Eng.: The Vinnytsia Regional Council has launched a training program to strengthen community capacity!

A new series of educational seminars entitled “Partnership for the Development of Local Communities” officially began today. The program aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of local self-government, develop modern management skills, and create an environment for effective partnerships. Representatives of communities in the Vinnytsia region who are working on the development of their territories and the implementation of local economic growth tools joined the first module.

The participants were welcomed by:

✅ Yelyzaveta Savchuk, Director of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency;

✅ Ihor Shutak, Head of the Secretariat of the Vinnytsia Regional Association of Local Self-Government Bodies;

✅ Olesia Panasyuk, Head of the Department for Cooperation with Local Self-Government Bodies, International and Interregional Cooperation, Project Activities, and Investment Promotion of the Executive Body of the Vinnytsia Regional Council.

Program trainer:

Olga Oliinyk - trainer in international partnership development, coordinator of international technical assistance projects, delegate of the Local Democracy Agency "LDA Vinnytsia Region / LDA Vinnytsia Region, deputy head of the Secretariat - head of the Center for Communications, External Relations and Grant Resources Attraction of the Vinnytsia Regional Association of Local Self-Government Bodies.

What did we do at the first seminar?

Participants worked on:

🔹 analyzing Ukrainian and European cases of community cooperation;

🔹 exploring opportunities for regional development through local economic growth tools;

🔹 practical approaches to building sustainable partnerships;

🔹 discussing potential models of interaction between government, business, and the public sector.

The second module starts tomorrow!

The training program will run until December 23 and includes seven thematic seminars: from partnership and communication development to investment tools and resource management.

We are working to make the communities of Vinnytsia region stronger, more sustainable, and more competitive.

ℹ️ The training program is being implemented as part of the institutional support provided by the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency under the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Cohesion and Regional Development of Ukraine” (UCORD), which is being implemented with the support of Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation by NIRAS Sweden AB.
