Навчальна програма впроваджується в межах інституційної підтримки Агенція регіонального розвитку Вінницької області Швейцарсько-українським проєктом «Згуртованість та регіональний розвиток України» UCORD, що реалізується за підтримки Швейцарії через Швейцарську агенцію з розвитку та співробітництва компанією NIRAS Sweden AB.Today, the second seminar of the educational program “Partnership for the Development of Territorial Communities” took place, during which representatives of communities in the Vinnytsia region continued to work on forming effective partnerships and identifying common interests in the development of territories.
Together with trainer Olga Oliinyk, participants considered:
🔹 types of partnerships and their role in project activities;
🔹 the balance of benefits and interests of the parties;
🔹 analysis tools (SWOT, stakeholder map);
🔹 practical exercises for identifying potential partners and points of contact for cooperation.
The program will continue on December 17.
There are five more seminars ahead that will help communities expand partnerships, strengthen institutional capacity, and implement their projects more effectively.
We are working to ensure that communities have the tools for sustainable development and successful change.
