Цього разу учасники зосередилися на практичній стороні співпраці: як правильно формалізувати партнерські відносини, коли потрібен лист про наміри, а коли - меморандум чи угода, які процедури варто враховувати та як уникати типових помилок. Окрему увагу приділили шаблонам документів і реєстраційним аспектам, а також практичному завданню зі створення «дошки меморандуму».

 

Попереду - ще два семінари, де учасники продовжать працювати з інструментами залучення партнерів, фінансування та розвитку співпраці.

 

Навчальна програма впроваджується в межах інституційної підтримки Агенція регіонального розвитку Вінницької області Швейцарсько-українським проєктом «Згуртованість та регіональний розвиток України» UCORD, що реалізується за підтримки Швейцарії через Швейцарську агенцію з розвитку та співробітництва компанією NIRAS Sweden AB.

This was the topic of discussion during the latest seminar, “How to Formalize Partnerships,” part of the training program “Partnerships for Local Community Development,” which took place on December 19.

This time, participants focused on the practical side of cooperation: how to formalize partnerships correctly, when a letter of intent is needed, and when a memorandum or agreement is needed, what procedures should be taken into account, and how to avoid common mistakes. Special attention was paid to document templates and registration aspects, as well as a practical task of creating a “memorandum board.”

Two more seminars are ahead, where participants will continue to work with tools for attracting partners, financing, and developing cooperation.

The training program is being implemented as part of the institutional support provided by the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency under the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Cohesion and Regional Development of Ukraine” (UCORD), which is being implemented with the support of Switzerland through the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation by NIRAS Sweden AB.
