Today, the seventh and final seminar of the training program “Partnership for the Development of Territorial Communities” took place—a summary meeting that brought together the key messages of the entire training cycle: partnership, project cooperation, and financial opportunities for communities.
The seminar focused on joint projects as a tool for strengthening partnerships, sources of funding (local, national, and EU programs), as well as practical approaches to budget and resource planning. The final element was a mini-hackathon of project ideas—a space for exchanging visions, forming decisions, and giving birth to new initiatives.
The seminar was attended by:
-Yelyzaveta Savchuk, Director of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency;
-Lyudmyla Makarenko, Head of the Department of Interregional and Cross-Border Cooperation of Communities and Regions at the Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, who focused on the legal basis and opportunities for international territorial cooperation;
-Olga Oliinyk, trainer in international partnership development, who guided participants through practical tools for joint project development and financial planning.
We thank the communities for their active participation in all seminars of the program, for their openness to learning, dialogue, and collaboration. It is precisely such meetings, ideas, and practical tools that form the basis for real change and sustainable development of territories.
The training program is implemented by the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency within the framework of institutional support for the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Cohesion and Regional Development of Ukraine” (UCORD), which is being implemented with the support of Switzerland by NIRAS Sweden AB.
