The Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency team is convinced that sustainable regional development begins with people—their knowledge, skills, and ability to adapt to change. That is why we have signed a memorandum of cooperation with the UAdvise Educational Academy.
It is important to note that this cooperation is not starting from scratch. The UAdvise team has already participated in the Agency's educational initiatives on numerous occasions: the academy's trainers have conducted training programs for representatives of local communities, internally displaced persons, veterans, and other target audiences. It is this practical experience of working together that has become a solid foundation for formalizing the partnership and moving towards systematic, long-term cooperation.
Within the framework of the memorandum, the parties plan to:
-initiate and implement joint projects with an educational component;
-develop training programs, courses, and trainings in line with the real needs of target audiences;
-conduct educational events for business representatives, local self-government bodies, and youth;
-participate in national and international projects in the field of human capital development;
-exchange expertise, practices, and methodological developments.
The memorandum of cooperation was signed by the director of the Agency, Yelyzaveta Savchuk, and the director of UAdvise Educational Academy LLC, Roman Hryniuk. The meeting was also attended by the deputy director of the Agency, Khrystyna Solovei, as well as UAdvise trainers Anna Osmolovska and Oleksandr Tregubov.
We would like to thank the UAdvise team for their openness to cooperation and shared vision for development. We will continue to work to ensure that more high-quality opportunities for learning, growth, and development appear in the Vinnytsia region!
