Команда Агенції регіонального розвитку Вінницької області взяла участь у триденному навчанні з методології шаблонних проєктів Програми EGAP, яке відбулося 24-26 березня у Луцьку.
Участь у заході взяли представники проєкту «Офіс цифровізації Вінниччини: розвиток цифрових програм громад» - керівниця проєкту Крістіна Соловей, а також експертки Кіра Дячук та Тетяна Мартьянова.
Під час навчання учасники опрацьовували ключові інструменти цифровізації: дослідження цифрової готовності громад, розробку програм інформатизації, впровадження платформ СВОЇ та е-DEM, а також рішення для підвищення ефективності роботи ЦНАПів.
У межах програми також відбувся виїзд до пілотних громад Волинської області - Зимнівської, Володимирської та Нововолинської, де учасники ознайомилися з практичними кейсами впровадження цифрових рішень.
Отриманий досвід стане основою для подальшої роботи та підтримки громад у впровадженні цифрових змін.
Проєкт «Офіс цифровізації Вінниччини: розвиток цифрових програм громад» реалізується в межах Програми EGAP, що впроваджується Фондом Східна Європа за підтримки Швейцарії.

Eng.: Training to strengthen digital capacity of communities
Successful digital transformation of communities is built on a combination of knowledge, practice, and collaboration. Today, it is important not only to implement innovations, but also to understand their value for residents and governance processes. This capacity is developed through continuous learning. The team of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency took part in a three-day training on the methodology of template projects within the EGAP Programme, held on March 24-26 in Lutsk. The Agency was represented by the team of the project “Digitalisation Office of Vinnytsia Region: development of community digital programmes” - Project Manager Kristina Solovey, and experts Kira Diachuk and Tetiana Martianova.
The event brought together experts from Digital Competence Offices across different regions of Ukraine, project managers, and specialists in digital transformation to jointly work on approaches to community development.
During the training, participants explored key digitalisation tools, including assessment of community digital readiness, development of local informatisation programmes, implementation of the SVOI and е-DEM platforms, as well as solutions to improve the efficiency of Administrative Service Centres (ASCs).
The practical part included interactive sessions, simulations of working with communities, and analysis of real case studies, allowing participants to develop practical solutions for further implementation.
As part of the training programme, participants visited pilot communities in Volyn region - Zymne, Volodymyr, and Novovolynsk - where they explored real-life cases of implementing digital tools in local governance and ASCs.
The experience gained will serve as a foundation for the further work of the Digital Competence Office of Vinnytsia Region and will help more effectively support communities in implementing digital solutions.
The project “Digitalisation Office of Vinnytsia Region: development of community digital programmes” is implemented within the EGAP Programme, carried out by the East Europe Foundation with the support of Switzerland.
