The discussion was joined by Vitaly Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture of Ukraine; Dmytro Kysilevsky, Deputy Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development; Ukrainian MPs Anatoliy Drabovsky and Maksym Pashkovsky; Vyacheslav Sokolov, Chair of the Vinnytsia Regional Council; Serhiy Zditovetskyi, First Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration; Serhiy Morhunov, Mayor of Vinnytsia; his deputy Andriy Ocheretnyi; Maryna Bryl, UCORD Project Manager; Yelyzaveta Savchuk, Director of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency; and representatives of industrial parks in the Vinnytsia region.
Industrial parks serve an important function—they create conditions for rapid business start-ups, the relocation of enterprises, and the development of new production capacities. Today, 10 industrial parks have already been established in Vinnytsia Oblast, 8 of which are included in the state Register, confirming a systematic approach to the development of this sector and its important role in strengthening the region’s economy.
Through its collaboration with the UCORD project, the Agency has significantly strengthened its institutional, analytical, and project implementation capabilities. Since 2025, the Agency has been coordinating the implementation of the project “Development of Industrial Parks in the Vinnytsia City Territorial Community,” aimed at developing the engineering and transportation infrastructure of industrial parks—from the creation of water infrastructure facilities to the development of internal networks and roads.
In times of challenge, the development of industrial parks becomes the foundation of economic resilience—through business support, attracting investment, and creating new opportunities for communities.
