Соціальне підприємництво, розвиток людського капіталу та партнерство між освітою, бізнесом і громадами сьогодні стають важливими інструментами стійкості та відновлення країни.
Саме цим темам був присвячений ІІІ Всеукраїнський круглий стіл «HR-менеджмент та соціальне підприємництво: партнерства, можливості, розвиток», який відбувся 15 травня. До участі у заході долучилася директорка Агенція регіонального розвитку Вінницької області Єлизавета Савчук.
У межах круглого столу учасники обговорили сучасні HR-практики, роль соціального підприємництва у відновленні та інтеграції, нові моделі співпраці між освітою та бізнесом, а також розвиток молодіжних ініціатив.
Окрему увагу приділили інтерактивним форматам роботи - молодіжному міні-акселератору соціальних бізнес-ідей, пітчингу проєктів та сесії «Точки перетину», де напрацьовувалися конкретні ідеї партнерств і спільних ініціатив.
Дякуємо організаторам: Донецький національний університет імені Василя Cтуса, Економічний факультет ДонНУ імені Василя Стуса, Кафедра підприємництва, корпоративної та просторової економіки ДонНУ, кафедра менеджменту та поведінкової економіки та ГО "Академія успіху" та учасникам за відкритий діалог, обмін досвідом та спільну роботу над формуванням середовища партнерства, розвитку та соціальних змін.

These were the themes of the 3rd All-Ukrainian Roundtable “HR Management and Social Entrepreneurship: Partnerships, Opportunities, Development,” which took place on May 15. During the roundtable, participants discussed modern HR practices, the role of social entrepreneurship in recovery and integration, new models of cooperation between education and business, as well as the development of youth initiatives.
Special attention was given to interactive formats - a youth mini-accelerator for social business ideas, project pitching, and the “Points of Intersection” session, where concrete ideas for partnerships and joint initiatives were developed.
