14 травня команда Агенція регіонального розвитку Вінницької області долучилася до конференції «Clusters4Regions: синергія дій» у Києві - події, присвяченої розвитку кластерних екосистем в Україні, від Ukrainian Cluster Alliance.
Серед ключових спікерів заходу - керівниця проєкту Проєкт UCORD Maryna Bryl, заступник голови Комітету Верховної Ради України з питань економічного розвитку Кисилевський Дмитро, директор Ukrainian Cluster Alliance Alex Yurchak, директор Офіс з розвитку підприємництва та експорту Андрій Талама.
У межах панельних дискусій представники Вінниччини долучилися до обговорення ролі регіонів у розвитку кластерних екосистем та економічного партнерства:
Олена Ужвак, помічниця першого заступника начальника Вінницька обласна державна адміністрація, взяла участь у панелі «Clusters4Regions - партнерство заради розвитку», де йшлося про інтеграцію кластерного підходу у регіональні стратегії. Під час паралельної сесії «Роль ОВА, бізнесу та АРР в кластерному розвитку економіки» заступниця директорки Агенція регіонального розвитку Вінницької області Христина Соловей долучилася до дискусії щодо посилення співпраці між владою, бізнесом, громадами та АРР у розвитку кластерних ініціатив. Регіональний координатор ініціативи Юрій Клименко презентував кращі практики кластерних проєктів Вінниччини - від формування ідей до залучення інвестицій.«Кластери сьогодні - це не лише про економіку чи окремі бізнеси. Це про довіру, кооперацію та здатність регіонів формувати власну конкурентну модель розвитку. Для Агенції важливо бути частиною цих процесів і працювати над створенням сильних партнерств у регіоні», зазначила заступниця директорки АРР Вінницької області Крістіна Соловей.
Сьогодні саме кластерний підхід дедалі більше стає одним із ключових інструментів посилення конкурентоспроможності регіонів, розвитку інновацій та залучення інвестицій.

On May 14, the team from the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency participated in the “Clusters4Regions: Synergy of Action” conference in Kyiv—an event dedicated to the development of cluster ecosystems in Ukraine, organized by the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance.
Key speakers at the event included UCORD Project Manager Maryna Bryl, Deputy Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development Dmytro Kysilevsky, Director of the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance Oleksandr Yurchak, and Director of the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development Andriy Talama.
During the panel discussions, representatives from Vinnytsia Oblast joined the discussion on the role of regions in the development of cluster ecosystems and economic partnerships:
🔹 Olena Uzhvak, Assistant to the First Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, participated in the panel “Clusters4Regions – Partnership for Development,” which focused on integrating the cluster approach into regional strategies.
🔹 During the parallel session “The Role of Regional State Administrations, Business, and Regional Development Agencies in Cluster-Based Economic Development,” Kristina Solovey, Deputy Director of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency, joined the discussion on strengthening cooperation between government, business, communities, and regional development agencies in the development of cluster initiatives.
🔹 Yuriy Klymenko, the initiative’s regional coordinator, presented best practices for cluster projects in the Vinnytsia region—from developing ideas to attracting investment.
“Clusters today are not just about the economy or individual businesses. They are about trust, cooperation, and the ability of regions to develop their own competitive development model. It is important for the Agency to be part of these processes and to work on building strong partnerships in the region,” noted Kristina Solovey, Deputy Director of the Regional Development Agency of Vinnytsia Oblast.
Today, the cluster approach is increasingly becoming one of the key tools for strengthening regional competitiveness, fostering innovation, and attracting investment.
