Агенція регіонального розвитку Вінницької області отримала Quality Label від SALTO European Solidarity Corps!
Агенція офіційно отримала Quality Label у межах програми European Solidarity Corps - знак якості, який підтверджує готовність та спроможність організації працювати з міжнародними волонтерськими проєктами відповідно до європейських стандартів.
Рішення про присвоєння Quality Label було ухвалене SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Centre після проходження повного етапу оцінювання діяльності організації, аналізу поданої заявки та співбесіди з командою Агенції. У своїй оцінці експерти відзначили відповідність діяльності Агенції цінностям European Solidarity Corps, зокрема у сферах молодіжної участі, інклюзії, солідарності та підтримки молоді з меншими можливостями.
Окремо було підкреслено професійність команди, наявність ефективної співпраці з громадами, університетами та міжнародними партнерами, а також чітке розуміння всього циклу роботи з волонтерами - від підготовки та супроводу до менторства й поширення результатів проєктів.
Важливо, що отриманню Quality Label передував тривалий етап підготовки та менторської підтримки від експерток Magda Wagenknechtová Svobodová (Czech Republic) and Katarzyna Błasińska (Poland) у межах коучингової програми SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Centre.
Для Агенція регіонального розвитку Вінницької області це не лише міжнародне визнання, а й нові можливості для молоді Вінниччини. Це важливий крок для команди Агенції та ще одне підтвердження того, що Вінниччина активно інтегрується у європейський молодіжний та міжнародний простір.
Quality Label отримано у співпраці з Info Centre for Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps in Ukraine в рамках проєкту Europe Goes Local.
Info Centre for Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps in Ukraine з 2021 року координує мережу «Europe Goes Local» в Україні. Це стратегічна європейська платформа, спрямована на розвиток системи молодіжної роботи на муніципальному рівні. Програма об’єднує представників органів місцевого самоврядування та молодіжних працівників із понад 30 країн (від держав-членів Європейського Союзу до країн Східного партнерства) з метою впровадження положень Європейської хартії молодіжної роботи на місцевому рівні. Основною метою є створення умов для самореалізації молоді, посилення її участі в процесах ухвалення рішень та впровадження стандартів якості, що відповідають сучасним викликам і цінностям ЄС.

Eng.: The Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency has received the Quality Label from European Solidarity Corps!
The Agency has officially received the Quality Label under the European Solidarity Corps program - a mark of quality that confirms the organization’s readiness and ability to work on international volunteer projects in accordance with European standards.
The decision to award the Quality Label was made by the SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Centre following a comprehensive evaluation of the organization’s activities, an analysis of the submitted application, and an interview with the Agency’s team. In their assessment, the experts noted the Agency’s alignment with the values of the European Solidarity Corps, particularly in the areas of youth participation, inclusion, solidarity, and support for young people with fewer opportunities.
The team’s professionalism, effective collaboration with communities, universities, and international partners, as well as a clear understanding of the entire cycle of working with volunteers - from preparation and support to mentoring and dissemination of project results - were specifically highlighted.
For the Agency, this is not only international recognition but also new opportunities for the youth of Vinnytsia Oblast. This is an important step for the Agency’s team and further confirmation that Vinnytsia Oblast is actively integrating into the European youth and international communities.
The Quality Label was awarded in collaboration with the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps Information Center in Ukraine, as part of the Europe Goes Local.
Since 2021, the Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps Information Center in Ukraine has been coordinating the “Europe Goes Local” network in Ukraine. This is a strategic European platform aimed at developing the youth work system at the municipal level. The program brings together representatives of local governments and youth workers from over 30 countries (ranging from European Union member states to Eastern Partnership countries) with the goal of implementing the provisions of the European Youth Work Charter at the local level. The main goal is to create conditions for youth self-realization, strengthen their participation in decision-making processes, and implement quality standards that meet contemporary challenges and EU values.
It is important to note that receiving the Quality Label was preceded by an extensive preparation phase and mentoring support from experts Magda Wagenknechtová Svobodová (Czech Republic) and Katarzyna Błasińska (Poland) as part of the SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Centre coaching program.
