У Вінниці відбулася робоча зустріч у рамках шведсько-української Програми «Посилення управління побутовими відходами в Україні» для представників громад Вінницької області та партнерів зі Швеції.
До зустрічі долучилися начальниця Вінницька обласна державна адміністрація Наталя Заболотна, представники Управління розвитку територій та інфраструктури Вінницької ОДА, а також заступниця директорки АРР Вінницької області Христина Соловей та менеджерка з розвитку WASAW Юлія Бобошко.
В рамках зустрічі разом із експертами шведського кластера «Схід» обговорили, як правильно налагодити співпр ацю між сусідніми громадами, щоб ефективно керувати відходами.
Вінниччина є одним із пілотних регіонів цього проєкту. Громади вже отримують першу допомогу - нові контейнери для сміття, а Лука-Мелешківська громада нещодавно отримала сучасний сміттєвоз.
Робота над регіональним планом управління відходами триває, і це допоможе громадам розробити місцеві плани та залучати інвестиції під екологічні проєкти. Спільна робота, міжнародний досвід та готовність до змін - важлива основа для сталого розвитку громад і покращення якості життя мешканців області.
Eng.: Building an Effective Waste Management System
A working meeting was held in Vinnytsia as part of the Swedish-Ukrainian program “Strengthening Municipal Waste Management in Ukraine” for representatives of communities in the Vinnytsia region and partners from Sweden.
The meeting was attended by Natalia Zabolotna, Head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration; representatives of the Department of Territorial Development and Infrastructure of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration; as well as Khristina Solovei, Deputy Director of the Regional Development Agency of Vinnytsia Oblast, and Yulia Boboshko, Development Manager at WASAW.
During the meeting, together with experts from the Swedish “East” cluster, they discussed how to properly establish cooperation between neighboring communities to effectively manage waste.
Vinnytsia Oblast is one of the pilot regions for this project. Communities are already receiving initial support - new trash containers - and the Luka-Meleshkivska community recently received a modern garbage truck.
Work on the regional waste management plan is ongoing, and this will help communities develop local plans and attract investment for environmental projects. Collaboration, international experience, and a willingness to change are an important foundation for the sustainable development of communities and improving the quality of life for the region’s residents.
