Eng.: Recently, Kira Diachuk and Tetiana Martyanova, representatives of the Office of Digitalization at the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency, held a hands-on workshop for the Kryzhopil community focused on digitalization and e-democracy.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the results of the digital audit and jointly conducted a SWOT analysis to identify priorities for the community’s development.
The program was intensive and packed with content. The experts presented the results of the community’s digital readiness assessment and highlighted the problematic areas that require immediate attention.
Working as a team, they identified the Kryzhopil community’s internal strengths and key areas for growth, and developed solutions to existing problems. This brainstorming session resulted in the identification of priority areas for the community’s development in the field of digitalization.
In the second part of the program, Kryzhopil residents were introduced to the e-DEM and SVOI tools. The experts presented the platforms’ capabilities and discussed the tangible results of their work in improving interaction between government and citizens.
Thus, following this fruitful discussion, a solid foundation was laid for creating the Kryzhopil Community’s Digital Transformation Strategy. There is a lot of work ahead, but the direction is clearly defined!
Together, we are building a modern, digital, and convenient future for every resident of Vinnytsia Oblast!
These events were organized as part of the project “Vinnytsia Region Digitalization Office: Development of Community Digital Programs,” which is being implemented under the EGAP Program, carried out by the Eastern Europe Foundation with support from Switzerland 🇨🇭.
