Команда Офісу цифровізації Агенція регіонального розвитку Вінницької області продовжує працювати з громадами над впровадженням цифрових рішень. Цього разу експертки Kira Diachuk та Тетяна Мартьянова провели робочу зустріч у Калинівській міській територіальній громаді.
Під час заходу учасники ознайомилися з результатами оцінки цифрової готовності громади, спільно проаналізували її сильні сторони та виклики за допомогою SWOT-аналізу, а також обговорили пріоритетні напрями цифрового розвитку.
Окрему увагу приділили цифровим інструментам участі e-DEM та «СВОЇ», які допомагають налагодити ефективну взаємодію між жителями та органом місцевого самоврядування. До обговорення активно долучилися представники Молодіжна рада при Калинівській міській раді, які зацікавлені у впровадженні сучасних цифрових рішень для розвитку громади.
Дякуємо Калинівській громаді за відкритість до співпраці, активну участь та конструктивний діалог. Напрацьовані під час зустрічі рекомендації стануть основою для подальших кроків із цифрової трансформації громади.

Eng.: Steps Toward Digital Transformation Discussed in the Kalynivska Community
The team from the Digitalization Office of the Vinnytsia Regional Development Agency continues to work with communities on implementing digital solutions. This time, experts Kira Dyachuk and Tetiana Martyanova held a working meeting in the Kalynivska City Territorial Community.
During the event, participants reviewed the results of the community’s digital readiness assessment, jointly analyzed its strengths and challenges using a SWOT analysis, and discussed priority areas for digital development.
Special attention was given to the digital participation tools e-DEM and “SVOI,” which help establish effective interaction between residents and local government. Representatives of the Youth Council, who are interested in implementing modern digital solutions for community development, actively participated in the discussion.
We thank the Kalynivka community for its openness to cooperation, active participation, and constructive dialogue. The recommendations developed during the meeting will serve as the foundation for further steps toward the community’s digital transformation.
