Команда Офісу цифровізації Агенції регіонального розвитку Вінницької області завершила черговий етап виїзних зустрічей із громадами.
Цього разу експертки Кіра Дячук та Тетяна Мартьянова провели захід у Мурафській сільській територіальній громаді, присвячений розвитку цифрових сервісів та підвищенню цифрової спроможності громади.
Учасники заходу спільно проаналізували результати цифрового аудиту громади, визначили ключові виклики та можливості для розвитку, а також окреслили пріоритетні кроки, які ляжуть в основу подальшої цифрової трансформації.
Практична частина зустрічі була присвячена сучасним цифровим рішенням для громад. Представники Мурафської громади ознайомилися з можливостями платформ e-DEM та «СВОЇ», обговорили приклади їхнього застосування та те, як ці інструменти можуть посилити відкритість місцевого самоврядування, покращити комунікацію з мешканцями й залучати їх до ухвалення рішень.
Дякуємо Мурафській громаді за активну участь, відкритість до нових підходів та готовність впроваджувати сучасні цифрові рішення. Напрацьовані під час зустрічі рекомендації стануть основою для формування подальших кроків цифрового розвитку громади.
Заходи організовано в рамках проєкту «Офіс цифровізації Вінниччини: розвиток цифрових програм громад», що реалізується в межах Програми EGAP, яку впроваджує Фонд Східна Європа за підтримки Швейцарії.
Eng.: Murafa Community Joins Digital Transformation Together with the Vinnytsia Digitalization Office
The team of the Digitalization Office at the Vinnytsia Region Development Agency has completed another stage of on-site meetings with communities. This time, experts Kira Diachuk and Tetiana Martyanova held an event in the Murafa rural territorial community dedicated to the development of digital services and enhancing the community's digital capacity.
During the event, participants jointly analyzed the results of the community's digital audit, identified key challenges and development opportunities, and outlined priority steps that will form the basis for further digital transformation.
The practical part of the meeting focused on modern digital solutions for communities. Representatives of the Murafa community familiarized themselves with the capabilities of the e-DEM and "SVOI" platforms, discussed examples of their application, and explored how these tools can enhance the openness of local self-government, improve communication with residents, and engage them in decision-making.
We thank the Murafa community for their active participation, openness to new approaches, and readiness to implement modern digital solutions. The recommendations developed during the meeting will serve as the basis for shaping further steps in the digital development of the community.
