Eng.: PRODUCE!: Final Presentation of Economic Development Projects
On October 30, the final dialogue session of the PRODUCE! training program, “Leadership in Economic Development Through Production,” took place in Kyiv. Teams from the Vinnytsia, Volyn, Odesa, Sumy, Ternopil, and Khmelnytskyi regions presented the projects they had been working on throughout the training.
The Vinnytsia team presented an initiative to create a state program providing financial support for the construction of protected production and storage facilities. This tool is intended to help businesses minimize downtime caused by airborne threats, preserve jobs, and ensure the continuity of production.
The projects presented demonstrate that the regions have their own ideas and practical solutions for developing production, attracting investment, and strengthening economic resilience. Importantly, some of these initiatives could be useful not only for individual regions but also serve as a foundation for broader national policies.
ℹ The PRODUCE! initiative is implemented by the Kyiv International Economic Forum Academy under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine, with support from the Swiss-Ukrainian project “Cohesion and Regional Development of Ukraine” (UCORD), which is carried out with Swiss support by NIRAS Sweden AB.
